Management

Dr. Sujith Asanka Dissanayaka - Chief Executive Officer / Executive Director

Dr. Sujith Asanka Dissanayaka is a seasoned financial professional with over 25 years of experience in Sri Lanka’s financial services industry. He has built a strong reputation for strategic leadership, operational excellence, and driving sustainable business growth.

He began his career at Seylan Bank PLC, gaining extensive experience in banking operations, financial management, and corporate client services. He later joined Kanrich Finance Limited, where he served for over a decade and rose to the position of Assistant General Manager, contributing significantly to the company’s operational and strategic development.

Dr. Dissanayaka subsequently served as General Manager and Director of Summit Capital (Pvt) Ltd, where he led key business expansion and financial management initiatives.

An entrepreneur at heart, he is the founder of several ventures, including Colombo First Capital (Pvt) Ltd, Colombo Trust Capital (Pvt) Ltd, CFC Trading, and CFC Homes.

He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, providing strategic direction and leading the company’s growth into new financial services and investment sectors.

Mrs. Nilanka Subashini Dissanayaka - Director

Mrs. Nilanka Subashini Dissanayaka serves as a Director of Colombo First Capital (Pvt) Ltd, contributing to the company’s strategic direction, corporate governance, and business development initiatives. She plays a key role in supporting corporate administration, operational coordination, and the implementation of long-term business plans.

With a strong focus on organizational efficiency and sustainable growth, she is actively involved in strengthening internal processes and supporting management in achieving the company’s strategic objectives. Her involvement ensures effective coordination across key functions and contributes to the overall stability and progress of the organization.
